"Our large family of over 30 people stayed for 5 nights in July. The property is beautiful with lots of outdoor and indoor gathering space. The sports court, playground, fire pit, and wide grassy area were well used. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for all of us to be eating together at mealtimes. We liked being separate from town, but close enough to get any supplies we needed in nearby Loa. We did need to drive a ways to get to other places we wanted to visit, such as Fish Lake, and...

"Great little property alongside the river. Great location, close to Capitol Reef and other natural attractions in the area. The unit was very functional, family friendly and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others as well."

"We really loved our stay here! We caught multiple fish at Koosharem reservoir, Fish Lake & Otter creek! Enjoyed the beautiful views and incredible ATV trails right from the cabin. Especially, loved sitting out on the deck after a long day fishing or exploring by ATV and watching the many hummingbirds that visit the feeder. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life ! "

"This was our first time glamping and our whole family loved it! We stayed two nights and enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing both nights. The facilities were so clean and just as described. The location was perfect for Capitol Reef National park. We had 5 people and so our 5th person slept on a cot, which they said was very comfortable as well. The bathrooms and amenities were so nice and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future. "

"We arrived after a long day of hiking, exploring and driving up from Bryce Canyon. Our four teenagers jumped out of the car and immediately ran to the goats and ponies living near the house. They all had big smiles and then explored the house decided this was a beautiful, spacious and open house. They all found comfy beds and the internet worked great for watching a movie . "The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
