"Had to share one tub stopper between the rooms me and my parents stayed at. Small roaches and beetles in room. Room had a good air conditioner and curtains. Staff relatively pleasant. Floor was carpeted and sticky; strong smell of chemicals in room. "

"1. They never come to clean rooms , NEVER! 2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . "The room was not clean. The first room we got smelled like so much cigarette smoke. The second room smelled less of cigarettes but still very prevalent. All of our clothes and hair smells like cigarette smoke now and none of us smoke. I had two young children with me and I was not happy about this. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned between guests. We found cockroaches in the room unfortunately after we had brought in our belongings. I will never stay here again. "
