Upon arriving to check in, there was no one at the front desk and I waited approximately 5–10 minutes for a staff member to arrive. When assistance was provided, there was no greeting or welcoming interaction, and the overall experience lacked the level of customer service I would expect. The staff gave the impression that they were disengaged and did not want to be there, which negatively impacted the stay.”"

"Customer service was amazing! Randy was so helpful dealing with me calling him several times to find the parking and then the entrance. Tony was very sweet as well and all staff. Anything I needed, they brought to me with happiness."

"The facility was fine. They seemed short staffed with lines waiting to be checked in and the front desk unmanned when we needed help with the TV not working. No free breakfast. The bistro food was fine especially the chicken wings. Hot tub and pool nice."

"The room was small, but comfortable. It was noisy outside early in the evening but quieter later on. The person at the reception desk seemed a little impatient and not very friendly. Parking was not inexpensive and the parking spots in the garage were spaced very close together. The open central area was spacious and comfortable. Overall this was an OK experience but I might look somewhere else the next time I stay in the area."

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful very clean rooms very clean hotel valet service was easy to get in and out of despite being shortstaffed! Front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly for this place being downtown Sacramento. I highly highly recommend staying here! The only thing that I will say is that the pillows were a little on the extra firm side but all in all absolute great experience!"

"Horrible experience. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had hair all over them and even visible shoe marks, which was unacceptable. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but I was informed that no other rooms were available. The staff provided clean sheets after I requested them, but overall, the room's cleanliness and condition were very disappointing. I would not stay here again. Not a safe area and nothing like the pictures on Expedia."
