"The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. "

"The Check-In was so easy, the house fit our party of 13 perfectly. We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. Beds were comfy and we never ran out of hot water once! Mark, our host was amazing and had impeccable communication! We loved our stay! "

"This house is the best rental we have ever had (and I have a VRBO house myself). It was so well made and the accessories and art were amazing and well-done. The kitchen had everything we could want.10:00AM is a little early for a checkout with all the family. We asked for a later one, which was granted, but you might reconsider this policy."

"This spot is an incredible find. It’s immaculate. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Owners are great communicators. Everything has clear instructions. It is beside the railroad but at least for us, railroad traffic stopped at 10p and started at 6a… so we got 8 hours of sleep uninterrupted. "

"Red Wolf Lodge is an absolutely beautiful vacation home. We spent Labor Day weekend here and had such a wonderful time. It’s very comfortable, so nicely decorated and stocked with all we needed and more! Seriously, the mattress was like a dream! The views were wonderful and it was so convenient to the town of Fraser! Katy was so quick and helpful in her responsiveness. We’d definitely stay again!"

"Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful. "

"the condo itself was great. Very good location. Good shuttles, I did not take advantage of. Easy drive to Winter Park. Unit was advertised with ski closet outside and advised to use. Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four...

"We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the porch over the mountains, easy access to walking trails and close proximity to dining, shopping and activities. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the 3 master bedrooms with baths and guest bathroom on main floor. Driveway was able to fit 3 cars along with the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this house to others in need of a spacious 5 bedroom house. 5 stars! "
