"Peaceful and has all the amenities you could need. The Denver allergens did not agree with me and the humifier in the room was very helpul. Bed was comfy, plush towels, and has a great yard for the pup to explore. Great walking trails and the location is great. Has shopping and plenty of restaurants close by. No complaints."

"My husband, myself, 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren stayed here for a week. The house is amazing. The master suite is wonderful. Dream kitchen with plenty of seating and amenities. The only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter. The pool is an added perk and we all enjoyed it. The hot tub was dreamy in the evenings with the firepit lit and the clear starry sky. The view of Pike's Peak is beautiful. We painted rocks to leave behind for other visitors to find. Rock painting night was...

"This is a beautiful property! The views were breathtaking and the amenities were top-notch! When they let us know the property was available to extend our stay for an extra night, we jumped at the chance. "This is a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly clean. Absolutely gigantic beds that are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the highway to be very convenient, but you cannot hear it at all. Wonderful host. 10/10."

"Enjoyed the house a lot. Lots of room. The host was very helpful. I enjoyed the comfortable sitting area upstairs with fireplace. Nice neighborhood and view out back. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the fire pit and back yard. "

"Kathryn was so nice throughout this whole time and we really enjoyed the property. There were tons of activities that you could do within the property that you wouldn’t know what you would want to explore first. Every room is beautiful and comes with so much space. This property will definitely meet everyone’s needs and I highly recommend this for anyone with a large family/group of friends. Will 100% book again for the next time I will need all my friends and family with me. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and spotless, and the owners truly thought of everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a relaxing treat after our days exploring Colorado. The location was ideal; central to all the places we wanted to visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway!"
