"Large, very family friendly accomodations. We arrived on a very hot day and the air conditioners and fans were going full blast and it was so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The host left coffee and bottled water for us, which was appreciated. It is quite dated but for us that was part of the charm. We enjoyed the game room and board games."

"Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail made this property extra attractive to me. Close to Jeffersonville for any immediate needs. Beautiful, quiet property, cozy cabin, and a wonderful host. Dianne was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond to help make my time extra comfortable. This is a really excellent option for anyone looking to explore the LVRT or just get some quiet relaxation time. I got both and would be happy...

"The property was perfect for a quick summer get away to Jay Peak. The condo was just as described, plenty of tools to cook and the beds were all very comfortable. Deb the host was responsive and provided a great welcome ketter with site details. We will definitely be back."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a quiet and relaxing long weekend. House was clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again."

"Thr townhouse was very relaxing and the host had prompt responses to a few questions I had. Kitchen had lots of appliances, dishes, platters etc…The teenagers loved the extra living space in the bottom half for them along with a separate entrance. We would recommend this place and host to anyone! Thank you!"

"Everything was excellent! The cottage was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Linda was a great host. Informative and friendly without being intrusive. The location was great! Beautiful scenery, lots of places to walk, get food and sights to see.I can’t wait to come back!"

"The cottage was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our pup had a nice yard, and walking him was enjoyable in the surroundings. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we slept wonderfully."

"Nice cabin out of the way but close enough to shops and restaurants Cabin was remodeled at some point and it’s very nice! Host had just about everything you would need for a comfy stay, even k-cups for the keurig that was there. There is a window ac unit which was needed, believe it or not, even for heat tolerant Floridians Host is quick to reply to any questions Would love to go again"

"Condo was spacious and very clean. The only downside was: with global warming it was almost 90*F outside and 80*F in condo. The condo could use AC units"

"We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. "
