"This was a great experience. It is really a boutique hotel, with top service. The room was so comfortable and clean. It’s an historic site, but has been nicely renovated. And the breakfast was great. I would def stay here again. . The surrounding area makes it great to access some important landmarks in Philly. "

"We booked the Kimpton Monaco for 3 nighta for a family wedding. Everything was expensive but your paying for the location. Right next door is independence hall and the liberty bell. If your visiting this area for these attractions then great place to stay. If not its disappointing if you like 5 star hotels. We have stayed at the kimpton in Miami and this was nowhere near their level of a luxury 5 star hotel. Elevators were small and took too long"

"This apartment was so conveniently located in the old city, we did not need a car the entire time we were visiting! The beds were comfortable, and the space was very open and welcoming. The perfect place to land at the end of a day of exploring."

"Very clean, amazing shower, awesome location. We read the reviews and it is not a pull out couch or sleeper sofa, so we brought our inflatable mattress and that was fine. Washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Overall a beautiful little studio apt in a nice spot."

"Spent the weekend in Philly for a Metallica concert. This was convenient to the subway and Reading Terminal Market. Friendly staff. Little sketchy outside at night, but hotel can't help that. They had security at the door and needed to scan your room card to get inside. My wife and I felt safe once we got inside. Would stay again. "

"Staff was responsive, polite, professional throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the secure entrances (needed in Philly city environment). They have a giant community refrigerator and you are allowed some pantry items, too. I'm 51, so the hostel thing got tough for me quickly and I didn't last long (my dorm living ended long ago), but this is a good place if you can do communal sleeping/living space. It's also about a quarter the price of hotels in the neighborhood. I didn't like that the...
