"Took my boyfriend, now fiancée here for our 3 year anniversary since he had never been to NYC. Super close to Times Square and Broadway shows. Staff was all amazing everything we came in and left. Loved the breakfast and snack area, especially the fancy coffe machine! Rooms are somewhat plain but clean and you dont spend much time in it anyhow. Would stay again!"

"My wife and 2 kids (13 & 11) had a great trip. It was a heat wave in New York while we were there. The air conditioning was on and there was a lovely scent when welcoming you back to a very clean and beautiful hotel. Location was 1/2 a block from Time Square which made everything very convenient. I would recommend for any family."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. They were way too soft and not supportive. I woke up with my neck hurting most days even though I tried to double up the pillows. This is not just an issue with this hotel, but most hotels. They give you the softest pillows ever, no support whatsoever. The hotel room itself was great. The shower was great. The hallway was way too hot. Just waiting for an elevator, I was sweating....
