"This was an excellent hotel to stay in for a visit to New York. Located less than a minute’s walk from Times Square and close to subway stations. "This hotel was advertised as the only 5 star hotel in Times Square. I am definitely spoilt as it’s nowhere near 5 star. The hotel is pretty run down and in need of renovation. We stayed in a suite and it didn’t have any toiletries apart from those in the shower and some bars of soap. Also no tea making facilities. The robes were ratty and very old and there is really low lighting in the rooms which makes it very hard to pack/unpack/use the mirror etc. That being said, it was well sized and the...
