During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower. "Room was much larger than a typical NYC hotel room. Elevator was fast! Front desk staff members (Brandon was so nice!) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was close to St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller, and flagship stores (NBA, Hoka, etc.). Central Park was a 15-minute walk. Overall I would definitely stay here again."
