"Upon arrival the bldg looked nice, landscaping was not impressive. Upon entering, the lady at the desk issued a nice greeting, but stayed seated for the check in. Lobby decor was colorful but the carpet was filthy with stains and dinginess all over it. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the Air Conditioning was very nice and cool. Breakfast on the weekend started at 7 am. "Room 203 specifically, The beds sheets and towels were clean. Our rooms floor had a slippery coating like a cleaning product that didn’t dry and there were some type of chip crumbs all on the floor as if the floor was mopped but not swept or vacuumed. There were crumbs on the love seat as well. The bathroom was clean no hair or dirt or anything but the tub was super slippery and the paint was chipping off . There was no vent/fan in the bathroom and after showering with the steam the fire Alarm...

"Trash overflowing in the front of the lobby upon entrance. Rooms badly in need of repair. The exhaust fan was hanging down from the ceiling. The closet rod was broken and hangers all over the closet floor. Hot water for shower was tricky to get it to flow. Overall I would not stay here again for the price I paid."
