"We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!"

"This is an experience like no other - very magical and fun. Our kids had a wonderful time hanging out in a treehouse, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and watching the owls in the evening. John, the property owner and Bella (his dog) are excellent hosts. Everything was clean and ready for us. The only downside (if you have little kids who all need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom lol) is the bathroom being across the suspension bridge. "Nice tiny-home. Clean, great communication from host. Quiet. Only complaint is the bed is a sofa bed and not comfortable as there is a bar that you can feel in the middle of your back. "

"The place was a beautiful, cozy space. It was very welcoming, modern, but also had a very beautiful farm charm. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they were so helpful with helping me set up tables and use all their set up and backyard and it made for a beautiful party.Always helpful and hospitable.Everyone loved the horses and the beautiful scenery of the place."

"Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet - away from any busy streets. Close to our reunion site. Plenty of amenities: fully equipped kitchen (with some food!), welcome package, laundry, and lots of sleeping options and other spaces. "

"I would highly recommend this place. It was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive and left some drinks for us to enjoy during our stay. It was a perfect location for our family get together, which was right across the street. It was a win/win. Thank you so much!"

"We loved the layout. Bedrooms on one side, play areas on the other, separated by a large kitchen and living room. Mosquitos kept us inside most of the time but we enjoyed ping pong, video games, board games, and eating. We also took family photos in the beautiful surroundings."

"This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need!"

"We loved being able to stay together in one place with nice bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. April has made the house so fun with all of it's cow decor & special touches. Perfect location for the parade and to make memories. Grandkids can't wait to return."

"This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature. The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails. If you're down in this area, give it a go!"
