"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. "This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean with stylish decor. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is very well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard , and well priced for such high quality food. The bar area has a nice chilled atmosphere, I did'nt want to leave there , as it was such a nice place to drink and eat. The only suggestion would be to have a mini bar in the room with a selection of drinks and...

"We booked a family room and the hotel knew our grandchildren are 17yrs and 13yrs respectively. We were given a small room with 2 dbl beds which was adequate at best. The breakfast was excellent but we chose to eat in the hotel last night before going to the theatre. We ordered nachos and cauliflower as starters... lovely... but the mains were disappointing. I ate a third of my fish as it was very greasy, my granddaughters pizza was absolutely covered in chilli oil ... and not to her taste and...
