"There's nothing I didn’t like, the amenities in the flat had everything I have in my own home it's like I never left home at all. The shopping area was excellent and people were helpful and friendly. Transport was excellent wherever you need to go out anywhere, all variety of restaurants everywhere to choose from. Definitely would recommend to friends who are unsure where to stay in your property if visiting Glasgow Scotland they will definitely not be disappointed. "

"We stayed overnight to catch a Rabbie's Tour the next day. Having the washer/dryer in the penthouse suite was helpful but we had to get the head housekeeper to show us how to use it correctly. It's not intuitive. We also eventually figured out that the thermostat in the hall controls heat in every room, though you can moderate the radiator. It also makes the towel racks get hot in all the bathrooms. That information would have been helpful in the beginning. We used the hot water heater closet...

"Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town. "

"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...
