The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting...

"The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! "Excellent location, very close to both train and metro. Many restaurants and coffee places around. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the last floor so it was a challenge to bring the luggage up."

"New hotel, a pain for taxis and ride share to find. Construction noise all morning because of the surrounding property developments. Staff can care less about your well being or needs. Good and cafe are very pricey for the quality. They don’t have laundry service, but they have a laundry room that is always in use by others. They don’t clean your room at all and if you want them to clean the room it’s a 100DKK. I will never stay here again."

"We like the interior design and ambiance of this hotel, very unique. The reception staff team was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The Opera House view from my room was super. I personally prefer a traditional bathroom setting instead of all the pieces were separated into 3 directions."

"This was an amazing experience staying in the pods, I loved it. They were immaculate. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the amenities went above and beyond my expectations. Transport was so close and easy to get to many places. A completed different experience to backpacking 20 years ago! I wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again. Also, don't be put off by the shared bathrooms, they were like spas!"
