"Our room was dirty including globs of goo on the wall in bathroom 😜 and dirty walls by the bed. The key was programmed for wrong dates on day 2 requiring a visit to fix. Zero amenities that we could find and no coffee in room. Good cocktails and sweet staff but an unfortunate 20 minute wait to get a drink due to understaffing. It’s so convenient to the arena it was great to walk and the parking was easy. Guess that’s why it was so expensive?! Definitely not worth what we paid! "

"Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out. "

You can hear the room next doors people breathing 😑, lets not mention if your phone run out of battery during night time.There's no way you could enter the building with out the app . "Very easy and safe street parking immediately in front of the property. A full coffee and tea station on both floors is available and amazing complimentary pastry provided every day, morning or night. I enjoyed many treats. "

"Rooms wasn’t cleaned fully and there was old moldy drinks up on patio deck. We don’t have any prosecco to make our welcome drink. Otherwise a great comfortable bed and experience. "
