Very cool place, would definitely stay again, very nicely kept. It has a number to call if you have problems/needs - we don’t have to use it. The electronic outside door code didn’t seem to work after trying many times but the phone button worked fine every time. The door code worked all the time on the inside room doors. Unique, well maintained propert, enjoyed the time and would book again, thank you.

Loved the openness of the room. Warehouse feel. I did not how the common areas did not have any pictures/paintings/deco on the walls. Paint was chipped as if at one time there were decor on the walls.

No staff on site, no amenities, no security on site. air-conditioning was broke. The hotel smelled horribly. There was a party going on from 930 at night until 5:30 in the morning. I tried calling numerous people at the hotel as well as the police for noise complaint and got no response from hotel and police. this is not a real hotel and they should not be able to advertise that it’s a hotel.

This is false advertising from the hotel. There is no restaurant, no bar, you have to pay to park. No staff! No help! This is not a place to pick.

The lobby smelled horrible and we did not know that it was all done on an app. The rooms didnt have anywhere to put your clothes other than hanging up. We even got logged outside at one point. Now the parking company is charging me for 3 days. This was not a good experience.

My room was very hot. I think they shut the air off during the day. My room was 82°. The hotel smelt like sauerkraut the entire time. I probably won’t stay here again. When someone was at the front desk, they were helpful. I did ask for extra pillows. They gave it to me, but I noticed that the bathroom floor had not been swept. There was hair all over the floor in there and this was right when we got there. There are no closets.

It’s a cute and trendy hotel and quiet but There is no front desk. The community center where the coffee station is was not stocked. The front door that is supposed to stay locked was broken. The lobby was hot. I wanted to check in early but there was no one to communicate with. I kept calling before I arrived and no one answered the phone. There was no staff visible. One of my face towels was stained.

Very minimalistic rooms, but clean and comfy. No keys and using the Goki app was different but interesting. Floor to ceiling shades were nice. Bare concrete floors were just what we needed considering it was 105degrees outside. I’d stay there again. CVS is literally Nextdoor plus various restaurants in the building Nextdoor. As well as Hurtado’s BBQ across the street.

There was no coffee maker, no microwave, only a bed, couple of chairs and a small fridge. AC wasn’t working very good and they refused a refund when we had to leave early due to a death in our family. Wasn’t a pleasant experience for us.

This “fully automated” hotel had one staffer in the lobby that was rude, smart mouthed and NOT helpful. First the electronic check-in and door codes sent to me were incorrect and we had to stand outside for 30 mins while Expedia tried to contact the hotel. Once finally in our room we were SHOCKED to find it decorated much like a prison cell! Concrete floors a metal wall locket and a platform futon- like bed. THEN, the electrical outlets didn’t work. They line staffer looked at the plugs, said “yea, they don’t work…but there is no maintenance staff available. I asked to be moved to another room, was told, “sorry, no other rooms available”. Asked to speak to a manager…”sorry, no manager is available”. I had to find two rooms down the street at the Hilton on short notice because of this unsafe, dump of a hotel! Now I’m waiting on Expedia to determine if they will refund my money for the two rooms I pre-paid!!!

Checking in was a hassle, but fortunately, there was a person at the front desk. She couldn’t get me into the app for the front door, but she eventually gave me a code to get into my room. We could then escape the extremely hot and smelly lobby. I then had to call the hotel to get help getting the app to work and access the main entrance and my room via the app. The room had no washcloths, hand towels, or body soap. The shower was a nightmare. The showerhead was so powerful that it hurt when it touched my skin. There was a balcony, but there was no furniture on it. I won’t be staying there again.

The room was big and clean. However, the air condition would go off (it was on a timer) and when I changed it on the thermostat, it would default back. The lights are on motion detection, so if I would sit up or move abruptly they would go on in the middle of night. When I came in one evening around 7, the elevator was down and the doors were lock so I could not get up to my room. It took about an hour before elevator was working again (I think they reset the breaker.)

Jeremy was so so extremely helpful and gracious!! The sweet girl that worked front desk was helpful and so nice!!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I!! I’d recommend to anyone looking first a place in downtown ft. Worth.

If you are technology challenged or if you are prone to having your phone die, do not stay here! There is no front desk. There is no lobby. There is a girl with an iPad when you walk in. This is just a concrete building/apartment building. Your key to the building and to your room is all electronic through an app. The amenities are very minimalist. It’s like staying in a dorm room. If the process to download the key does not work there is no backup solution.

Early information said to download the app to check in and await instructions but i never received any info. I called the hotel number at check in time and they advised someone was actually on site to help. That definitely helped making check in a breeze. The app was easy to use to unlock doors, room was great -clean and as advertised. Great place over all, we would come back.

First time visit. Staff helped us check in early, with parking too. Room was very cool, bed comfortable and the floor to ceiling shades were awesome. Lots of places to eat walking distance and CVS right next door. Only downside was not being able to get the TV to work. Not a big deal, just used mobile to watch some YouTube while we had some down time.

The hotel is conveniently located and the self serve staffless model is easy to use but the worst part of staying is the noise. Sounds from other guests, talking in the halls, and all internal noise is loud and very noticeable in your room. I did not sleep well and I had no ear plugs to help. Even the white noise app couldn’t help me. Be aware of the high noise levels inside the bldg and if you stay bring your ear plugs.
