"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"Property was located in a winderful location with lots of bars ans restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff was AMAZING. Definitely would recommend"

"Very nice room. Staff very helpful. Should include shower caps and a do not disturb sign in room. Two complaints: Room key sensor was difficult to open the door and I did not get wake up call."

"The property was nice and well kept. It had a lot of amenities onsite, such was convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy for the most part. The pillows though, flattest pillow I’ve never experienced. You had to fold them like 3x. It was wild. We even asked for extras, and they were the same. Made for uncomfortable sleep, unfortunately. Replace the pillows and we’d be back for sure!"

"Had a very good hotel stay, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and was keot up eith every morning. Its close to subway stops straight into Brooklyn centre or Manhattan The only issue we had was not having many options for breakfast left after 9.30am as once the food finished they wouldn't top it up. Also no toilet brush in the bathroom was an issue for my partner 😅"

"This place is very clean & well maintained. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great & the coffee was excellent. They also provide filtered water dispenser. Glad we picked this hotel outside of Manhattan. It’s about a 10 min walk to the train station & parking is free."

"Breakfast was sad, the only hot breakfast to score was a do it yourself waffle machine. Cups for coffee were way too small! 4-6oz. And the choices were absolutely bare minimal. They could do better. "

Xavier was so helpful at check in giving me a sense of location and options for local taxi. Only one elevator, which required the housekeeping staff to use the same elevator as guest. Not always convenient."

"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! Looks abandoned and uncared for. The breakfast horrible. Not desirable at all. Like they just threw stuff out to say they fed you. Couldn’t even have a...

"Choose this place as a budget stay but would probably stay at the nicer one down the street next time. Recommended if you don’t mind minor issues to save. Not a roach motel but water took long to heat up and my room had water damage. Staff was great and location was great."
