"It was my first time using a fold-out bed, so I was surprised at first, but the staff set it up for me, which was a great help. "Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away.
Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"Freezing cold room. I don’t know why there isn’t a heater because the window ac lets all the cold air in. The property is in an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere. Rockafella and Times Square. The rooms are bigger than what I have seen in NYC in prior stays. The rooms were clean. I don’t like that you have to wash the dishes because I don’t trust the people before me washed them correctly so I do double work. I wished they had a dishwasher for the dishes.
