"We adored our week here! The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The view from the back windows is picture worthy. Our kids loved how close we were to the beach, and they could play in the sand while we drank our morning coffee from the balcony. The home was very clean, and every detail is so thoughtful! The kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is comfort. The owners are so kind and easy to communicate with! We will definitely book here again! "

"Perfect location for the beach. Pool is small but clean and has benches to relax in at end of day. House is a little dated but fairly clean and kept up well. We had a couple issues with washer but they gave us quick attention. "

"This was our second stay at Rest Area West, and it was just as perfect as the first. The property is well suited to groups, and it includes extra touches such as multiple refrigerators and dishwashers, and the pool is always a welcome way to end a great day at the beach (which is mere steps away!). "My fiancée, our son and I all had an amazing trip. Excellent communication. Easy to find. Very close proximity to the beach. Very much so worth the price! "

"The property owner was amazing, so gracious, and provided a wonderful vacation home for us last week! The area of Fort Morgan is exactly what I was looking for - quieter beach experience. The home was very comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"When we first arrived looking at the outside we were concerned. But once we opened the door and arrived it was really nice. It was quiet and the location was wonderful. "

"We had a blast here, it was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed! The check in was easy and accommodating and super clean. Beds were super comfortable and the ac works GREAT!Two things I would say to keep in mind if you rent here: The home doesn’t have extra blankets, throws or pillows so make sure if you need extra bring them if you need some. Also, no Tupperware for leftovers so bring your own. Also, we rented a golf cart bc the pictures seem like it’s far from the beach IT IS...

"Our family gathered for the Fourth of July and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and roomy! We loved having meals at the large dining table and watching fireworks on the balcony. We were able to fish, thanks to having a boat slip! We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the beach down the road with parking! "
