"My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this campsite. Everything included made the trip stress free and we got to fully focus on fun and relaxation. Great campfire, lights, trash can, grill everything included. And the four stars on cleanness is only because of the grill but I’m sure that’s difficult to maintain outside overall 10/10 for real . "

"The house was great. It was clean and stocked with anything we could possible need. The parking was easy and the location was excellent. It was just 2 blocks to town with lots of restaurants and shops. The host were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We travel to Waxhaw often to visit family. "Highly recommend this place. Owners were super accomodating. We needed a plce to spend the night on our way to Jacksonville, FL from Weirton, WV. We were hauling a trailer and truck bed full of our sons belongings for his move and didnt want to stay in a hotel with an unsecure lot. Matt and Kedron's place couldnt have been more perfect for us. "The house was cute, cleanish, and a good location for us. We used to live in Marvin before we moved out of state and planned this get away to visit friends. Some issues we had were the front window was open and difficult to lock. The kitchen has 3 sinks which was interesting. When you hit the disposal on the main sink water would then shot out of the other sink. I won’t even speak of the smell when this happened!! The kitchen was not equipped fully. "Beautiful hotel. The large room with a kitchen was perfect for our family to stay a couple days. Wish the pool was bigger but we were so glad it was indoors as we had rain the whole time we stayed there. My husband and I loved the happy hour they had with free drinks and food. And the complimentary breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly."

"The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

"Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there. "
