"Check-in was great and able to walk into lake house once we got there. We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Sitting on the bottom patio gave us a beautiful view of the lake. While sitting on the top porch you felt like you were on the water. It was easy to walk to the pier. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay at the lake house. Loved the upstairs and down stair kitchen facilities."

"The house was perfect.The dock needs to be repaired, it was unusable. If the dock gets repaired, we would rent it again."

"We stayed for a few days with family. It was a relaxing time and the house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The access to the lake right off the yard was great and everyone had fun paddle-boarding, floating in tubes, and fishing. It was extremely hot outside, but we made the most of it! "

"We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. The road/driveway are narrow but we were able to navigate with our large truck. The neighbors were very friendly. We did not cook as we were in town to see family so either ate with...

It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. "Our family of seven (five kids) stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament in Rock Hill. Upscale and very beautiful area. Shopping and parks all no more than 15 mins away. Property was super cute, loved the screened porch outdoor area as well as the grill. Master bedroom had a huge tub, separate shower and toilet. Beds comfy and Kevin was super responsive with any issues, even came by to help problem solve issues with the TV. One king bed, one double bed, one futon bed with one roll out bed...
