"Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. "FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. "This was a nice place to stay and reasonable price. The thing I didn't know because it was in small print was that they have you put a $100 deposit. It wasn't a big deal for me to do it was just something I want to share so future guests will know. The hot tub and pool was nice to get into and clean. They have washers and dryers for free just bring your own detergent. The exercise area was decent. "
