"Nice clean hotel"

"The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing. The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with...

"The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. One of the bedside lamps was more of a strobe light than a bedside light, so we couldn't use it.Air conditioner was good. Was a little noisy with doors slamming. But was very nice at bedtime. Overall our stay was good and we would stay there again."

"Apparently Hampton Inn has changed their beds from mattress/box spring to a mattress on a board. Not a good change Hampton Inn. Everything else was good. But the bed is the most important in our opinion. "

"I would never recommend anyone stay at this location… I checked in and checked back out in less then 30 min. I wish I could get my money back but I know that’ll probably never happen. My room was stink and dirty. The fridge had exterior rust and the bathroom shower had dirt, hair, and debris in the cracks where the caulking is. My shower head had a bad leak and the furniture inside was terrible. In all my experience was terrible"

"From the outside Rodeway mimics a seedy Hollywood movie hotel. If not for the great neighborhood and kind staff it would fit the part. Classic stained hallway carpet, rowdy neighbors banging on your door and dirty floors make up this 2 story hotel. Its a decent place while transitioning if luxury isn't your thing. I stayed 2 nights and it served it's purpose-a safe place to rest after a few days on the road.. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were all very friendly accommodating....

"The staff was great! There was good parking. The room was clean, but very musty smelling air came from the air conditioning unit. The refrigerator worked, but one of the feet was missing so it tipped when opening it."

"Lovely hotel that is in a lovely neighborhood and close to walking areas, food and retail and easy access off I-75. The rooms were great and the breakfast buffet was full of a lot of difference choices."

"Not a family Hotel at all , gnats flies everywhere in the room bathroom bed tables … Beds are comfortable, dirty stained towels and carpet when u walk bare feet ..,condition of the hotel is pretty much run down, needs immediate upgrading… hotel must like the Expedia now that they have a broken water pipe, which is creating a lot of flies around the property immediately, attaching some pictures and video of future clients "
