Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. "So we had booked over a month in advance, and when we got there apparently the room had been given away for a conference. Reese at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Had it burned for her we would think twice about coming back but wouldn’t hesitate."

"Highly recommend The Armstrong! Great location, lovely staff, the rooms and hotel are so comfortable, clean and cute. Parking lots were very convenient. The price was very reasonable for the stay."
