"For starters, the staff here are amazing, very nice and helpful. The condition of the units, however, were a bit underwhelming. I noticed a lot of rust in and around the bathroom showers, our dining table was cracked and appeared to be glued back together. The TV would not work, and despite our 2 request calls, it never got fixed during our stay. "We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again.

"The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area."
