"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. "This is a very old hotel and consequently after the rain our room had a very strong odor of sewage which was unpleasant. Also due to rain the front desk was unable to secure a taxi on our departure to train station. We were forced to walk 2 blocks with all of our luggage in the rain to a taxi stand where we waited an additional 20 min. Just including this for travelers seeking this hotel. May be wise to schedule transports in advance. Never knew getting a taxi would be this difficult. Otherwise...

Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience.
