"The room was very clean. I would have appreciated if there was a small chest or drawer I could use to store my clothes while staying. The front desk staff were helpful, but when calling for assistance over the phone, the staff appeared to be bothered and not cheerful to assist."

One of the guests had a large truck and would start it every night between 12 AM and 3 AM, which was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. "This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street.
