"I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed"

"Room cleaned after I reached the hotel and kept me waiting for 15 Minute for cleaning even though it's pre booked. Toilet seats were dirty and not cleaned even after informing the team. Coffee machine was utter waste, the disposable cups were old and blackish spots in it. Coffee was horrible. Waste bin should be cleaned by us. They won't do it. Towels we need to replace each time by going to the reception and ask. It was a horrible stay here."

"Great location. Parking is in a garage so plan accordingly. Large trucks won’t fit in the hotel garage, but there’s one nearby with more clearance that’s connected with a skybridge. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms are clean for the most part, but very old. The carpet is gross, fraying and ripping in spots. The staff is very helpful and courteous. "

"Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay."

"The man at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He made multiple trips to our room to get us a rollaway bed for one of our kids. He was great."
