The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel."

"The room we had secured through Expedia was not available when we got to this hotel. There was a host of issues in this hotel one was the floors were absolutely disgusting. I had to buy a swiffer mop to mop the floors after getting on my hands and knees and using a whole tub of Lysol wipes on the floor in the kitchen.
