"We ask for a handicap accessible room and they did not have one found out later that it did not exist and it was under construction. We asked to have the second night canceled. They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund."

"We really love this hotel. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. We could watch the sunset in the evening right in front of our room. Waterfront hotel, easy access to everything yet out of the main hubbub of town. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly And helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel, extra charge but that is to be expected. Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. We didn't visit the bar as we were out afternoons and evenings, if they were open in the am would have had some tasty beverages.

"We have stayed here a few times now and it's always clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner and cleaner are both helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant and gas station right next door and a general store across the street so the location is very convenient. We haven't had the chance to use the pool yet but definitely plan to on our next trip up to inglis."

"The insides I. The tank on the toilet was broken and had been “fixed” using a paper clip. Rose (housekeeping) came and temporarily fixed it until someone could come the next morning to permanently fix it…the toilet ran every 25 minutes or so all night. It was supposedly fixed the next day, but the first time I flushed it, water was squirting out the side of the tank. Immediately outside the room someone had emptied some beverage which was very sticky and I had to rinse the front sidewalk off....
