Our third stay. Always welcoming, lovely staff. Very clean rooms and facilities. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful pool area. We will return again one day.

Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that.
