"The property was conveniently located—5 minute drive to Gruene and right on the Guadalupe, with its own tubing service on site. The welcome drink was nice, and bar was fully stocked. The hotel lacked basic items—like overhead lighting, drawers, a mirror anywhere other than the bathroom, and working bathrooms in the common/reception area. It seemed they chose to focus on certain nice things on the 2024 remodel, but still overlooked some obvious and needed updates."

"It was my first home vacation rental. Everything was very nice and clean. Communication with the rental company was very easy and helpful. They responded to any questions I had promptly. The location we had was centrally located to area shopping, restaurants as well as tourist sites. We had five adults staying together at our location. It accommodated all of our needs.
