"This was a great place to stay in a safe area and the apartment was plenty of space for my wife and I plus our daughter. The process of parking a rental car was a big challenge but after that was situated and paying 35 euro a night for that it was all great. Would stay here again."

"This was a fabulous find for our family of 5. The luggage drop worked out very well. We arrived a bit early but we're able to venture out for the day with our luggage safely waiting at the hotel. Our apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. On-site laundry was an added bonus as was the kitchen. We were able to relax, and eat breakfast while regrouping for the second part of our vacation. Great place! I would recommend staying here!"

"We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."

"We were able to communicate no problem making check in smooth. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the open space and amazing views of Florence city center. It was a bummer that the outdoor cushions had been left out in the rain so we couldn’t sit on them after the rain had stopped. Maybe a cover for the out door furniture but I’m sure that’s hard with the wind being an issue on the top floor. Super clean and well kept. Just a note that if you are planning on doing laundry...
