"The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend."

"We had a flight cancelled so I just looked up something close. It is spacious but stink so bad of stale smoke. The person next door had very loud thumping music all night into 8am when we had to leave. Continental breakfast was nice to grab something quick. I would never stay again due to smell and old feeling I didn’t even want to walk without shoes on wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel refreshed and clean and probably due to the smell."

"We arrived and immediately noticed that the sidewalk was dangerous between the driveway and the stairs. As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling...

"Our stay was just satisfactory.Parking was easy to find. It is 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and it was very easy to get to the graduation at Penn. Uber to the site was 17.. It is one flight of stairs up. There is a large bathroom with a nice hot shower and excellent air-conditioning. However, the mattress was very soft and both of us rolled to the middle. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race.
