"Everything about this property is amazing! Rooms, comfort, breakfast, friendliness, helpfulness… The hotel arranged a taxi for us from the train station and to buy bus tickets. They were able to get us tickets to all the Chestnut Festival activities."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "

"Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Blick auf Orvieto. Auf verschiedenen Gartenmöbeln sitzend kann man den Blick genießen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die schmale Wendeltreppe, um zwischen Küche und Wohnbereich zu wechseln. Für angenehme Wärme sorgte am Abend ein mit Pellets beheizbarer Kaminofen."

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village."

"This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard"

"Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. "Spacious clean apartment with nicely equipped modern kitchen and bath. Terrace was icing on the cake for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Steps away from Piazza Mercato, so convenient yet quiet. Easy to take escalator from Posterna to Piazza Mercato, 3 minute walk to apt. Host is very helpful, even picked us up when stranded at the grocery shop. Lovely stay! Up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware."

"Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !).
