"Room was terrible roaches everywhere TV didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work. Staff doesn’t care no cleanliness. The health department needs to be on top of this hotel ASAP."

"Our room was great. Clean, modern and spacious with a great shower. The staff was gracious and attentive. The restaurant food was upscale and delicious. I thought the spicy selections were too numerous. We did not use parking. Public transportation of bus and train was close and convenient. "

"It was meh. Check in was fast and easy. The hallways are kind of industrially lit (as was the bathroom) - it felt like walking through the basement of a department store. My room smelled funny. Like they were trying to cover something up with industrial air freshener. The shower fixtures were rusty. The ac was struggling. And it wasn’t quiet. You can clearly hear the cars going by on Alafaya. I didn’t hate it but I wouldnt go back on purpose either."

"The property was beautiful, loved the entrance and lobby setting. The pool was a hit with my husband. The room was spacious and the tv entertainment was excellent. The only complaint is of the bathroom tub could have been cleaner, found hair and maintenance could be better. Otherwise, we will be back in the future "
