"Das komplette Resort, so wie unsere Garten-Villa waren absolut sauber, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit der Essensauswahl, deren Qualität und derer Aufbereitung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke, waren für die gute Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt und nicht überteuert. Das Personal war auch stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Jeder war stets bereit für ein nettes Gespräch oder uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt oder Ausflüge zu geben....

"Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. "We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room. To our great delight, we were upgraded to the suite on the 8th floor, which was very spacious and offered a sensational view. Very nice and large pool with swim-up bar. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir et les cabanes sur la plage de profiter de la mer en restant a l’ombre. Le personnel est attentionné et discret. "This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "
