  • Esta escapada relajante es de nueva construcción, 1100 pies cuadrados, tiene 2 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños. Es nuestro hogar decorado con buen gusto lejos de casa. 1 cama King, 1 cama de matrimonio, ambos con almohadas cómodas colchones. Disfrutar de las vistas del río desde sus patios privados fuera de la sala de estar y dormitorio principal o acurrucarse para una película en frente de los salones acogedor chimenea eléctrica. Grandes restaurantes, bares de vinos, bistros de café, salones, galerías y tiendas a sólo unos pasos. La unidad incluye ropa de cama, TV en cada habitación, reproductores de DVD, toallas, secador de pelo, juegos, rompecabezas, lavadora, secadora y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada. Aparcamiento cubierto justo al lado de la puerta principal.
    Si al aire libre es más su estilo, que está a sólo unos minutos de la playa, dunas, lagos, senderos, parques estatales, mini golf, barcos de choque, ir carritos, bolos, cabalgatas, la diversión es interminable. Usted nunca se quedará sin cosas que hacer aquí en Florencia.

This was definitely a home away from home. So much so my kids wanted to stay there relaxing rather than exploring the town. I will absolutely come here again when doing our out of towner weekend

Chanda was great to work with, very nice clean place. We only stayed one night as we were there to attend a funeral. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Florence.

This home was perfect for our stop over in Florence on our way up the Oregon Coast. Very cute condo and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, with a nice bakery right across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very much as described - modern and clean with comfortable beds. The property is conveniently located near Old Town Florence.. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout and communication with the host was easy and positive. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation spot in Florence.

The condo is so cute, very clean, has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable but, lots of steps. They didn't bother us but, keep that in mind when booking, you have to get your luggage up at least one full set of steps. But, loved the condo, the host was super great to work with.

Perfect location! My daughter and I went for a weekend to see Florence and this was the perfect place to stay for quick walking access to coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping!I was concerned that there was no air conditioning, as I am an AC gal… But owner assured me that even in summer, it was almost always unnecessary due to cool weather. She was right, it was great!Bed was super comfy! Would definitely stay again when in the area. Everything was perfect.

Lovely townhouse in Old Town

This is a very comfortable and well maintained condo near all the great shops and restaurants of Old Town. Lots of stairs so be prepared to carry in your personal items.

House was perfect and had all the amenities. One thing to note we had our 80-year-old mom, she could do the stairs, but it was a lot.

Fantastic apartmnt

Superb apartment in Florence, OR. The pictures don't really do it justice. Very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Great location 2 minutes from restaurants and bars, and just off 101.....but no traffic noise. Would highly recommend.

Good, But

Location was very good, unit was very clean. Did not appreciate in advance the number of steps up to the bedroom. Not enough light in the unit. WiFi was awful. Came and went so impossible to keep computer connected. Not strong enough to run iPhone. TV channels would not run due to low WiFi signal. Kind of ruined visit.

Cozy & comfortable “home base” in Florence

We had a great stay! The property was clean, homey & very comfortable. The location was fantastic and was within walking distance of fun restaurants, shops, galleries and waterfront area. No worries about finding parking when exploring the downtown bay front! Check in/out was easy peasy! The bed and linens were so cozy and comfortable. The unit was surprisingly quiet. I appreciated that this owner charged a “reasonable” cleaning fee that want through the roof like most VRBOs these days. Thank you!

Condo in Florence review

I suggest updating the photos on VRBO as they are outdated. Living room furniture is not the same as pictures. Could use another chair. Otherwise pretty nice place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Florence

Our condo in Florence was just as expected. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. One note I would suggest—this is a 3 level property, so people with mobility issues should probably choose a more accessible place. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Great property

This home is a great home, clean, and located in the heart of Florence. I had a great time, everything was a short walk away and the bars and restaurants are top notch in the area. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect to walk to restaurants.

You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The home was perfect. Clean with all supplies that we needed. Close enough to go to the beach. We loved it!!

Clean, quiet, and convenient........

So nice to not hear neighbors above or below you. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the close proximity to old town. Great property!!
