I walked to both every day I was there. Anything I needed, even when it was out of the realm of their service, they helped me with. Brilliant staff!"

"Overall for the price this is a good property, the staff are helpful, you get access to the golds gym below (it's not the best gym but the hotel doesn't have any control over this), the property was quiet, the room was nice with a comfy bed and clean enough, like any hotel if you look too close its a bit grubby with slightly loose plugs, plastic peeling from handles etc, but for £75 and close to the tube I was really happy with my stay. "Room was small but spotless, service was friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, and the location meant I could get to a morning flight with minimal hassle. Only gotcha is that there's no restaurant in the hotel itself, I had to go out and over to the departures part of the terminal to find somewhere to sit down and eat."

"We booked this as it was close to airport (still a £20 taxi ride which we thought was high). We arrived from US at 5am and our accommodations in London were not available until 4pm. So we took a bit of a nap and were refreshed by checkout at noon and could start our explorations. Worth it. "
