"Sergio and Rosa were very kind to help us with arranging a taxi from the train station to the property and they were quick to respond to questions we had. Check-in video is very easy to follow. Unit is clean but spartan- by no means luxury, and the view is pretty. If it is your first time in Como, or if you are reliant on taxis or walking, I do not recommend staying here as the property is not in a convenient area for someone that does not have a car, and the taxi services around the lake are...

"This is a very unique place to stay, the hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, they picked us up from the train station gave us a quick tour and gave us some very helpful advice. It’s a way from the crowds of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio, just a short distance to Varenna by train. It’s very tranquil clean and comfortable. It’s a beautiful area for a walk down to the beach, take the path straight to the centre of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would love to go back someday...

"Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. Highly recommend for a family of 3"

"It’s an old property with stairs and no way to carry your luggage but by lifting yourself. It’s okay we are hikers and able to carry our luggage but people with heart conditions will surely have issues accessing the stairs to reach the property and the villa we booked is just one room facing the lake at 3rd floor with old doors and bathroom is outside so is the kitchen. People are friendly till you reach the property and after that you are on your own 😊"

"The location couldn’t have been better. Literally 5 minute walk to everything. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The only reason I did not give perfect score was the AC was not that great. Especially in the master bedroom we were very uncomfortable all night with the AC set at the lowest. Also, it wasn’t an issue for me, but several in the family were not thrilled about all of the stairs to get up to the unit."
