"Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy."

"Lovely eclectic and historic property, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom layout. Loved the toiletries provided, and there were a number of thoughtful touches that elevated the experience. The bar space, with its deep sink, turned out to be an excellent place for arranging flowers that I was taking to an event. This hotel is in a terrific location.."
