"This is a great hotel with a wonderfully river view if you book that side. The evening reception was a nice touch and breakfast was great including a made to order omelette bar. Parking is a bit expensive but it could be worse. "

"Our room was great and would definitely stay here again. Only very minor complaints. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and liked the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the morning. Personal touches were nice. Downtown area was very pleasant and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is very expensive, although that seems common in the area. "The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. "

The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was warm and well taken care of (the kids had a blast!), we didn’t even know about the arcade so that was an amazing surprise, breakfast was delicious with so many choices! "Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. "
