"Vielleicht lag es am Wetter (knapp 40 Grad), aber ich kann nicht verstehen, dass man Gäste bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage alleine lässt. Einzig zwei Chipkarten in die Hand gedrückt und „Schauen Sie doch mal ob die Klimaanlage dort funktioniert.“ Hat sie natürlich nicht. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen mit einem Gutschein, ist halt so… Frühstück war chaotisch, Personal offensichtlich überfordert, 45 Minuten vor Ende gab es vieles nicht mehr, angefangen beim Besteck und geendet bei...

"Very nice hotel, but don’t plan on eating there. The restaurant is more like a bar lounge, open to the lobby and lacking atmosphere. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay, easy to get to and from the airport by a short bus ride"

"The hotel is overall quite good for the price. It's a bit of a ways from the city center but it's an easy train ride of maybe 20 minutes or so. They have paid washers and dryers (with an app), so that is very convenient. The gym is also pretty good, as was the breakfast. My only complaints are that the "self-service" check-in kiosks are a bit of a pain and honestly take much longer than just checking in with a human being. Also, there are lots of cool amenities such as an outdoor terrace on...

"Property is close to the airport and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us. Only downside is they charge for the shuttle per person to go back to the airport. The rooms are very small but for one night we made it work. The staff was helpful to find late night food options as we arrived late."

"Lounge and reception staff were on their own program. Sat in lounge for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally went to registration to have him paged. Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...
