"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure."

"We booked this hotel from Friday to Sunday, but I will never book this hotel again we got there early and they were nice enough to check us in we tried using the pool but for a limit of 25 people in that small pool there were not enough lounge chairs (only 7) and 5 chairs, which one was being used by an employee sitting in it smoking so we left we went back about an hour later the employee left so we took the chair, the pool was not that great as the rules are posted clearly on the side which...

"The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....

"This hotel was filthy. Our room didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. There was no shampoo and someone left their conditioner bottle in the shower. There was water damage under the fridge and possibly mold. The elevators were dirty every time we used it. The staff was pleasant, but the place is old and needs a lot of maintenance, which doesn’t seem to be happening."

"All told, hotel is nice. Music in the restaurant was way too loud including when they had a singer there. Room mini fridge barely got cold and thermostat was not working but temp was at 66 which was ok, but could have been bad if any warmer as room was just comfortable with temps outside hovering around 105 degrees."
