It was disappointing that there was no free morning coffee service, I have stayed at hundred of hotels and most offer this."

"Rooms are clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean except showers and tiling need sprucin up ad well as the carpet throughout the hotel. Also doors in neibori g rooms were way to loud when people go in and out always making a loud bang every time."

"First floor window didn't lock, was moves to a new room then that one had hair in tub drain and it drained slow, dental floss on floor, main areas smelled of smoke and had not been cleaned well for awhile. Only ice machine that worked was on 3rd floor. Would not return."

"I found a bed bug crawling on my son, took a video, saved the bug and gave it to the front desk alive. The toilet also leaked on the floor. We will never stay there again and they are supposed to be refunding the stay, but nothing yet."

This time, our room faced the highway and was not very quiet. Steps from train tracks with trains using their required horn when passing through crossings.
