"This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation...

"The location is A. The House is also great. It has a ton more space than you would think, and we had 2 families there very comfortable. The backyard has a nice fire pit, and the front yard was great for hanging out on a game day. I'd highly recommend!"

"Came to Iowa City with friends and family to visit our daughter at the University and see a football game. We could not have picked a better place. First the communication with the host was great. So easy to check in and not a lot asked for check out. Very clean. Everything looks new. Lot of inside space and a awesome fenced in back yard. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the location was perfect. Short drive to the campus and football stadium. Even a grocery store at the end of the street....

"Great house for Hawkeye football weekends in Iowa City. We had 8 guests and all slept comfortably. The three large TVs downstairs were perfect for watching other games throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a perfect place to experience the University of Iowa and all Iowa City has to offer. The hosts were very kind and accessible. They stocked the condo with everything you would need. "Nice location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We didn’t use the bus system but I did notice a stop at the corner. Garage was clean and easily fit one mid size suv and one small crossover. There is extra parking just adjacent to the driveway if you had extra vehicles. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
