"Clean and incredibly convenient"

"Woke up to a parking ticket. There was no mention of having to pay for parking at check in. I found it odd that you would have to pay for parking at a conventional hotel where you park around the perimeter. The desk person was of no help."

"The only thing I was not too happy was breakfast. On Expedia they advertise ftee breakfast included, in reality it was muffin and protein bar. When I asked they told me that it is more "grab and go" kind of thing. I think this is what it should be saying on Expedia instead of free breakfast included."

"Trey,Patty and Luis were AWESOME..However our room was NEVER cleaned...no bedding or towels were given unless I went down to get ourselves...Trash was never taken either...Came to Colorado for a funeral which is stressful alone and to come back to a dirty room is ridiculous... The breakfast was also horrible same thing every day..oh and before I forget our tv stopped working..just sad.....Rm401"

"I did not like the $10 nightly parking fee. Also breakfast used to have more options. I stay at comfort suites nation wide and I been noticing rates are going up and they are offering less."

"The room was good. I did not care for the small square pillows on the bed. I was happy that we were less than 10 min from the airport. There was a 7-11 a minute walk away. The Starbucks was down the street."

"Staff was really sweet, I had to check in late because my flight got really delayed around 4:30am and they were accommodating. Hotel room was also very clean and up to date with amenities."

"This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."

"Room was not clean. Both sinks were backed up. Informed management but no action taken. Stayed 3 days and no one cleaned the room or offered fresh linen. Iron had been dropped on carpet at some point and was covered in melted nylon. TV remotes did not work. Had to stay disconnected from WiFi because it was much slower than cellular. Noise carried from floor above late night and into early morning hours."

"Loved this property!!!! Close to the airport, large clean modern rooms. Amazing breakfast and 24/7 complimentary beverages. In room kitchenette and Sprouts grocery and other restaurants nearby. Free airport shuttle and $16/day on site parking."
