"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

There was no in-and-out for the valet while I was there, but it’s the city, a million things are in walking distance; so, if you don’t mind that, it really is wonderful place to stay. "Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."
