"We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there...

"Standout was the staff who were excellent, so helpful and friendly. The room was great. No food available but staff booked us a table at a nearby eatery. Ideal for a short walk to visit the Kelpies. Location is on a trading estate but easy access to road network for onward travel."

Asked for change of room but hotel full due to a coach party being in. Employee couldn’t repair blind as fitting broken. Used the throw blanket from bottom of bed to cover window . Disappointing. As blanket thin an outside lights shining in . "

"Hotel was good, quiet location,modern facilities. Lift was not working and extractor in bathroom was very noisy. We had to turn off light in bathroom to use the facilities as it was too loud. Food and drink was very expensive, remote location means you have no choice"

"Each room is individually appointed giving them unique feels like one would find as a guest in a home. En suite bathrooms were updated and very clean. It was a thrill to stay in an historic home I just wish there had been more information available about its history. "

"This is not what advertising. This is not 4star at all. Very very limited breakfast. Just basic things. Toiletries were inadequate. No toothpaste and other things. No house keeping service unless you are staying more than three nights (unbelievable). No room fridge, no hairdryer, no room extension in case you need to call reception. "Easy check in with large spacious car park at rear. Very comfy bed and good quality linen. Only 1 chair in room when there was room for a 2nd - I hate having to sit on a bed in a hotel room. Nice clean bathroom, with big fluffy towels. Luggage rack and large wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board, plus hairdryer. No usb sockets, but plenty of 3-pin sockets.
