"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."

"Stayed here for 3 nights to allow us easy access to Stanmore station for a gig at the London stadium - all the nearby hotels were long since fully booked. Bearing in mind this is simply a motorway services hotel, there were still a few things I feel should be improved. The bathroom was very dated and in need of some renovations. Silicone sealer mouldy around the bath and the sink worktop. An access panel for under the bath was insecure with sharp edges sticking out. The room lighting is totally...

"Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. "The iron set alight when it was plugged it in. It begun to spark and we had to unplug it and tell the staff on reception. The water wasn’t hot at all had to have a cold shower. The breakfast and staff and bed were all good. You do have to pay for parking also… £25 with a discount code. I wouldn’t stay here again."
