"Very close to the motorway and large shopping area. The breakfast included was good. There was scaffolding on the outside during our visit but interiors seemed to have been recently updated. Rooms were quiet, amenities were good and beds comfortable. Shout out to James for his help during our stay!"

"We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. "My Room, was clean comfortable and welcoming. Had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Food in the bar (Indian) was among the best I've had, service quick and friendly. A good stay. Just as a note the rooms are up steep stairs at the back of the pub which wouldn't be suitable for anyone with a mobility issue"

"Honestly cannot speak highly of Tewinbury Farm Hotel and The lake view cabins they are such an amazing experience for just unwinding and having nature just on your doorstep. "This hotel is in a good location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a great value for money. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have iron, fan and hairdryer in the room. If there was aircon I would give it 5 stars in all areas. However it won't refrain me from returning. I will come back again. "

"Staff on reception, in bar area and in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only negative feedback is why customers should pay to park on hotel site, this only became apparent after the booking was made so needs to be clearer."
