EVERGREEN D4, Central Hisaronu Great Location! 3 bedroom, central yet quiet site

The three bedroom apartment (built new in June 2010), is a fully-furnished two-storey self-catering apartment just two minutes from the centre but situated on the quiet Evergreen complex. We have the required new 2024 Short Term Rental Permit/Licence (which is a legal requirement) so we are legally accredited for holiday rentals. It is spacious and spread over two floors and has an English speaking onsite assistant to help with any requirements at certain times of the day, Mon-Sat. Sleeping up to six people (maximum of four adults), we have six sun loungers which will be put out for your own exclusive personal use for the duration of your stay. There is a children’s pool off the large main pool area & beach towels are provided along with FREE personal apartment & shared complex (pool area) wi-fi, a selection of children's games/toys, satellite Smart TV with a few English speaking channels, DVD players, safe, washing machine and there is a FREE gym and sauna on site.

First floor:

* A single folding bed allows an additional bed in any of the bedrooms but please note rentals are still limited to a maximum of six people with no more than four adults and there are only 6 sun loungers available.

* Apartment location - just two minutes' walk from the nearest supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops in Central Hisaronu. Dolmus bus stop is also only 2 mins walk away, where you can catch a bus to the beautiful Olu Deniz Lagoon (10 mins), the fascinating ghost village of Kayakoy (15 mins), and the pretty harbour town of Fethiye (15 mins).

There is a large shared pool with children's pool. Pool area is surrounded by grass and mature trees. Lovely setting with shrubs and flowers and, (dependent on time of year), fresh quinces, limes and pomegranate. Clean poolside area with a lovely gentle breeze, perfect for those hot Turkish sunny days.

An information pack will be sent you in advance of your holiday with details about the apartment, wi-fi codes etc and general resort and area information. If you book your transfer through us your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a board with your name on and will have the keys for the apartment to let you in, so there are no issues with collecting keys for delayed flights etc. The English speaking assistance will come to the complex (Mon - Sat) to discuss anything with you and make sure all is okay. They will walk around the pool area each day (Mon - Sat) to ask if all is okay, assist with anything or can be contactable via phone or WhatsApp.

Standard check out time is noon however we will be as flexible as possible with this and will offer a free later check out subject to the arrival time of the next holidaymakers. Please enquire.

Although generally speaking the minimum stay is one week, shorter periods may be available on request, please enquire.

Winter stays including December to March inclusive are limited to longer term lets as the complex and most of the resort shuts down and so is not suitable or cost effective to open up for short term holiday lets.

Dolmus (bus) runs every few minutes and can be flagged to stop at any location, so there is always one available within a few minutes. Prices are minimal directly to Fethiye and Olu Deniz and a connecting dolmus can be taken to pretty much any destination. All dolmus in our area are new and air conditioned.

PLEASE NOTE, THE GOOGLE MAP LOCATION IS APPROXIMATE - THE APARTMENT IS SITUATED IN CENTRAL HISARONU, (2 MINS WALK FROM THE FOUNTAINS/PHONE BOOTHS IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN BEFORE). Hisaronu is situated in a beautiful region where the tree lined mountains provide a stunning backdrop to the beaches steeped in sun shine and lapped by the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea. The area is rich in history and there are excellent road links to nearby historical Roman sites, old fishing villages, the world famous blue lagoon and a spectacular gorge at Saklikent. The area is ideal for walkers as there are plenty of winding paths with wonderful views.

Hisaronu has a friendly vibrant atmosphere. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants but the beauty of it is that your holiday experience can be as quiet or as active and vibrant as you want it to be.In Hisaronu there is a weekly market, this is 5-10 mins walk from the apartment - here you can buy delicious fresh fruit/veg etc, and fake designer goods, as well as leather, gifts, jewellery etc. Haggle for bargains! There are also plenty of other places to buy gifts/clothing and many supermarkets.Hisaronu is serviced by the local taxi/bus - called the Dolmus - which is cheap and can take you to many exciting places. Recommended places within very easy reach are:Olu Deniz (10 min by Dolmus) - the famous blue lagoon beach is a must. Surrounded by mountains, the view is breath-taking as you go for a swim in the calm warm waters. The beach offers watersports ie.- water ski-ing, para sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, pedaloes etc. After a day at the beach, you could watch the paragliders coming into land over your head in Buzz bar (or others) by the beach as you enjoy a beer and watch the sunset. Fethiye (15 mins by Dolmus) - is a romantic harbour town where you can sit and watch the world go buy, grab a bargain in one of the many shops, or browse in the large weekly market. This market sells cheap, great quality, fresh local produce including fruit, veg, cheeses, honey, and clothes, leather goods etc. visit the fish market where you can buy a freshly caught fish then it can be cooked for you in one of the restaurants opposite and served with traditional balloon bread and salad. Kayakoy (15 min by Dolmus) is a fascinating ghost town. This historical monument consists of a Greek village that was abandoned during the exchange of populations in 1923. A visit to this is a must. There is also a number of picturesque restaurants here which offer a return taxi service in the evening for free!If you prefer a more relaxing day on the water there are many boat trips available from both Olu Deniz and Fethiye. There are also many other trips, including to the the impressive Sakklikent gorge, the historcial Lycian tombs at Tlos and the ruins at Xanthos, etc. For the braver of you there is also paragliding or micro-gliding from the top of Babadag mountain!! Also, from Fethiye, you can take further dolmus buses to other locations of interest. There really is something for everyone - whether it be a chilled or active holiday!

Fly to Dalaman from most UK airports via many low cost operators, eg. TUI, Jet2, Easyjet, Pegasus, Sun Express etc.
